	Drs. Borders and Associates practice has received the 2004 Award for Distinguished Healthcare Service from the Kentucky Association of Health Underwriters. Drs. James and John Borders received the 18th annual award in Louisville on April 13th, 2005. Past award recipients include C. Everett Koop, MD, Laman Gray, Jr, MD, and Hiram Polk, Jr, MD.
